The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

As a key member of our team, you will:
- Lead high-impact Kaizen and Rapid Improvement Events, driving measurable results across the facility
- Champion the Eaton Continuous Improvement System (ECIS), embedding Lean principles into daily operations
- Partner with leaders to develop and execute the site’s long-term Continuous Improvement roadmap
- Serve as a Lean expert and coach, training and mentoring employees at all levels
- Strengthen and sustain our Lean Daily Management System, including:
- Daily accountability
- Standard work
- Visual management
- Process verification
- Drive and facilitate cost savings initiatives, delivering tangible business value
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support Operational Excellence goals (EHS, Quality, and more)

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3 years of manufacturing or continuous improvement work experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- Cost savings program experience
- Data Analysis, interpretation, and decision making through MS Excel, PowerBI, etc.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification. Green Belt a Plus.
- Experience with low-medium volume, high mix, ETO manufacturing.
- Advanced skills and demonstrated experience with Lean tools, some Eaton specific: VSM, BPI, RIE, 5S, LMF, SUR, VAVE, IBD, etc.
- Cost Savings program experience supported with financial and business acumen.
Position Criteria:
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, computer) required.
- Advanced ability to facilitate effective problem solving and collaboration through influence and leadership.
- Advanced proficiency with basic problem-solving tools and lean manufacturing principles such as 5Why, A3, PDCA, 5S, kanban, push vs pull, visual controls, standard work, Pareto Principle, etc.
- Basic proficiency with advanced problem solving and lean principles such as VSM, DMAIC, and Lean Daily Management Systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, PowerBI, etc.)
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support customer and manufacturing requirements.
