Job Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day IT relationship with ESS CPS divisional leadership.
- Be the IT face for CPS operations and engineering leaders.
- Drive divisional IT execution — ERP, infrastructure, and operational platforms.
- Triage and resolve operational IT issues impacting CPS delivery.
- Translate divisional priorities into IT demand and feed into the ESS Group BRM portfolio.
- Partner with global IT delivery teams on CPS rollouts and improvements.
- Build deep operational understanding of the CPS business.
- Be accountable for IT outcomes across ESS CPS operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of IT and business experience, including two (2) years supporting plant or operations IT. Hands-on experience with ERP (SAP), MES, and manufacturing execution systems in an industrial environment.
- Hands-on expertise in ERP (SAP), MES, manufacturing IT, end-user support, and shop-floor systems.
- No relocation assistance is offered for this position. Only candidates currently residing within a 50-mile radius of the work location Beachwood OH, Charlotte NC, Jackson MI, Moon Township PA, Peachtree City GA, Raleigh NC, or Richmond, VA will be considered. Active-Duty Military are exempt from this geographical limitation.
