The hours for this role are 7:00AM - 3:30PM
The hourly rate for this position is $22.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do
PRIMARY FUNCTION
To assemble and/or test components using tools and fixtures and working from manufacturing documentation. This is a first shift position.
Essential Functions
- Follow work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to assemble electro-mechanical components.
- Uses machines or hand tools to crimp, stake, bolt rivet, solder, cement, press fit or perform similar operations to secure parts in place.
- Mount electrical components such as transformers, resistors, capacitors, integrate circuits, etc.
- Makes a variety of electrical connections using soldering or related bonding procedures.
- Uses equipment such as multimeters and dielectric machines to in-process test parts during assembly.
- Assist in resolving production failures or product issues.
- Identify and initiate continuous improvement for product safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Work in a team environment for flow assembly work.
SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
- Soldering
- Blueprint reading
- Measuring with basic instruments
- As required by manager
- High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution
- Minimum six (6) montsh experience in mechanical or electrical assemblies
- Reside within 50 miles of location (no relocation benefit)
- US person within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a US person as a US Citizen, US Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder), Political Asylee, or Refuge
- Minimum six months blueprint reading
- Minimum six months soldering experience
- Follows verbal and written instructions
- Bringing up issues as needed
- As required by Manager
- Technical School / Apprenticeship preferred
