Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Aerospace Solderer - 1st Shift.
The hours for this role are 7 am - 3:30 pm.
The hourly range for this position is $24-$30 per hour.

What You’ll Do
The Solderer (White Room) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere.

In This Role, You Will
- Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass.
- Assemble, setup and maintain tooling.
- Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability.
- Perform visual inspection of parts.
- Maintain quality records.
- Interpret customer and supplier requirements.
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of soldering experience.

- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
- High level of dexterity
- Ability to follow written instructions, visual aids, sketches and blueprints.
- Ability to work using a microscope for long periods of time.
- Ability to successfully solder to the acceptability requirements of J-STD-001
