We are looking for a quality Dispatcher to join our growing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Ensure exceptional customer service
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Using dispatch software to dispatch trucks to customers
- Documenting conversations
- Helping drivers troubleshoot problems
- Assessing the safety of roadside situations
- Dispatch software expert ensuring all call information, notes, pricing, and customer information is entered and correct
- Ensuring customers and drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help
- Helping drivers trouble shoot issues
- All other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Supervisory Responsibilities
- There are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.
Requirements
- 1 Year experience in customer service preferred
- 1 year experience with dispatching preferred
- Extremely organized and detailed oriented
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dispatch Software experience preferred
- Must reside near assigned area
