- Design programs for automated inspection devices, troubleshooting as needed to ensure seamless operations.
- Interpret complex blueprints and inspection findings, ensuring comprehensive understanding and documentation.
- Record and report inspection findings accurately, producing non-conformance documents and responding swiftly when required.
- Create visually detailed work instructions and train team members on the implementation of inspection technology.
- Pledge to maintain space orderliness through continuous 5S procedural activities.
- Commit to ongoing learning, certification maintenance, and additional quality assurance roles as necessary.
- High School Diploma or general equivalency.
- Minimum work experience of one year in inspection settings.
- Two or more years of dedicated experience in CMM programming, preferably within aerospace industries.
- Certification in CMM is required.
- Advanced capabilities in designing and troubleshooting automated inspection programs.
- Expertise in Mitutoyo and MCOSMOS software for solid model programming.
- Competency in reading and interpreting complex blueprints, technical specifications, and utilizing measurement tools.
- Familiarity with MFGPro and WISPER systems for parts processing and defect reporting respectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Mathematical skills capable of handling operations including percentages, calculations of area, and volume.
- Detail-oriented with strong adherence to procedural instructions.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, industry standards, and conformities.
- Thorough understanding of inspection practices, including article inspections and certifications.
