Production Supervisor - Freedom Fast

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - Freedom Fast. This role will take place at our Fayetteville, NC facility. We are able to offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates within the United States. This is a 1st shift role (M-Th, 5/5:30am-3:30/4pm). The Production Supervisor is responsible for managing employees in the assembly of Motor Control Center products for Eaton customers. The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on-time-delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you’ll do: * Own and drive to engineer out safety risk throughout the owned process. * Assist in establishing departmental goals that are challenging targets for the High 5. * Devise strategies with documented action plans to achieve targets. * Provide input to forecast and hold the team accountable to the process in order to meet commitments. * Determine the effect of production load and mix changes on staffing and department operations. * Follow up on the progress towards targets: * Improve quality assurance system by building quality into the process. * Effectively deal with opportunities identified by the team to help bring about positive resolution. * Drive a positive, inclusive high performance work culture through the establishment of clear expectations and accountability from and to the team. * Assist in prototyping and providing feedback regarding new product development. * Champion the Continuous Improvement Framework in MCC to drive High 5 results and impact Employee Morale. * Tailor action planning and strategic goals to provide customer satisfaction. ## Qualifications: Required (Basic) Qualifications: * High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. * Three (3) years of work experience in a manufacturing leadership related role. * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
