Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift.
This role is based in Nacogdoches, TX. Relocation assistance will be provided.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $67500.0 - $99000.0 a year.

What you’ll do:
As a Production Supervisor, you will direct departmental activities and initiate/participate in cross-functional activities to accomplish the objectives of safety, quality, on time delivery, inventory, productivity, and continuous improvement, which focuses on removing cost from the business.
In this function you will:
Promote a zero-incident safety culture while ensuring compliance with standardized work and safety practices.
Align departmental operations with Eaton Quality System priorities and manage daily production, staffing, and shift coordination.
Foster continuous improvement and lean practices through cross-functional collaboration and employee empowerment.
Oversee inventory flow, labor scheduling, equipment maintenance, and facility safety to support operational efficiency.
Monitor performance in safety, quality, and productivity; coach team members and provide necessary training resources.
Manage department budgets, employee records, and communication through daily tier meetings and policy guidance.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing/operations environment and 1 year of leadership experience OR High School Diploma/ GED from an accredited institution with 15 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment and 2 years of leadership experience
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
- Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates that reside outside a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of problem-solving tools and lean manufacturing practices – i.e. 5 Why’s, Fishbone diagrams, Brainstorming, Value Stream maps, 8D, A3, 5S
- Experience in large manufacturing environments
- Six sigma/green belt certification
- Three (3) years leadership experience
- Experience leading cost savings initiatives or continuous improvement efforts within cross functional teams
Skills:
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Physical requirements: Must be able to stand, bend, twist, stoop, climb and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to interpret policies and other plant communication
