Ops & SCM Finance Senior Analyst

Eaton’s ES AMER HQ division is currently seeking a Ops & SCM Finance Senior Analyst. The expected annual salary range for this role is $86000 - $126000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. ## What you’ll do: Remote for those outside 50 mile radius of Moon Twp PA. HYBRID for any candidates residing within 50 miles of Eaton's Moon Township, PA facility, will be on a hybrid schedule, reporting to the site on a weekly basis. This position will assist the PCS Finance Manager in preparing and analyzing financial data related to Profit Plan, Strategic Plan, Forecasts, and Actual results that support the business objectives. A critical element of this position is to be a key partner with Operations/Supply Chain leadership to drive savings, growth, and maximize cash flow. In this function you will: \- Analyze operational and financial data, investigate variances, identify business drivers, and evaluate impact on planned objectives and productivity \- Serve as a financial business partner with Operations and Supply Chain leadership \- Support key stakeholders to drive cost saving opportunities \- Provide insights and guidance on Economics, Inventory Performance, Capital Spending and other key operational metrics \- Support operational initiatives as necessary and work with business leaders in matters of special analysis and projects \- Have a digital mindset to help improve processes and support key initiatives \- Key financial resource supporting US distribution center network including financial and long-term strategy ## Qualifications: Basic REQUIRED Qualifications: * Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited institution * Minimum of three (3) years of professional work experience in progressive roles in finance or accounting * Minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environment. * Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
