Aftermarket Production Support Analyst

Eaton’s Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division of Eaton’s Aerospace Group, has an opening for a Aftermarket Production Support Analyst. The position is based onsite in Jackson, MS. The Jackson facility has approximately 500 employees and is a leader in the design, development, manufacture and delivery of Aerospace hydraulic components, systems and services to the global aftermarket and OEM markets. The Production Analyst will be responsible for Return to Service through a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station and for the induction process. ## Job Responsibilities: * Perform Return to Service release through a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station. * Perform customer delegated source activities such as inspection of product, paperwork, and customer portal information. * Partner with hourly and salary team members to achieve team, function, and plant goals. * Monitor production processes and methods to assure maintenance of in-process quality levels and to prevent quality problems. * Investigate and resolve product quality problems caused by processes, material or worker error. * Review rejected hardware to determine cause and corrective action. * Maintain accurate records to comply with Company policy towards record retention. * Receivie customer returned hardware and verfy product and paperwork match. * Reviews customer PO’s and determine work scope for unit. * Determine if Eaton Jackson has capabilities. * Enter customer information into repair database to create a work order. * Coordinates with customer service team. ## Qualifications: Required Basic Qualifications: * Associate’s Degree from an accredited institution. * Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment. * This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident. * No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of (Jackson, MS) to be considered. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or related discipline. * Either a Mechanics (Airframe or Powerplant) or Repairman Certificate per 14 CFR Part 65. * Previous experience working in a maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environment. ## Position Criteria: * Strong ethics, values and the ability to influence others’ decision making. * Ability to manage multiple projects/activities; results driven. * Knowledge of product and manufacturing process. * Process oriented and ability contribute to continuous improvement. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of Aerospace product and manufacturing processes and inspection techniques. * Must exhibit a high level of motivation, sense of urgency, and energetic approach to job duties and requirements.
