Tellers are the front-line people who have the most contact with our customers, providing excellent customer service when performing financial transactions. They also look for opportunities to serve customers by matching the customer’s needs with products and services we offer. They refer customers to other employees within the bank when appropriate.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Cash handling experience
- Prior experience working in customer service and sales
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced changing environment
- Prior banking experience is a plus
