Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk - Split Shiftto work in our new facility in El Paso located at 1 Helen of Troy Plaza. The hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 6:45 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $16.22 per hour.
This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

This role will support inventory management, key manufacturing areas, and mitigation of daily issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & CRITICAL OUTPUTS:
Essential Functions:
- You will be responsible for picking multiple orders for production assembly
- Resolve warehouse challenges with attention to detail
- Responsible for performing accurate inventory transactions
- Comply with all safety and industrial hygiene requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment and operation of equipment safely and competently. Understand and meet all departmental safety objectives and goals
- Keep assigned work area clean and organized per 5S standards.
- Closely follow established procedures for completing assigned functions and perform special assignments and/or projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 months manufacturing, distribution, or military experience
- Minimum of six months of forklift operation experience (Stand-up/sit-down)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Eaton El Paso, TX facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
