Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift to lead on the newly added shift. This role will take place out of our Avery Creek facility on Visa Boulevard. The hours for 2nd shift are Monday - Thursday, 4pm-2:30am.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $83000 - $122000 a year.

- Manage payroll, attendance, performance reviews, and other administrative tasks accurately and on time.

- Schedule workloads effectively to meet customer needs and plant objectives.
Safety & Development
- Promote plant safety policies and a zero-incident safety culture.
- Support employee development and identify potential candidates for leadership roles.
- Encourage community involvement and support plant-sponsored employee activities.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- 2 year degree from accredited institution with at least 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience OR a 4 year degree from accredited institution.
- Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited institution.
- Experience working with low voltage or electrical products.
- Previous experience as a supervisor or manager of people.
Position Criteria:
- The employee shall have a working knowledge of the Environmental Management System (EMS) and an awareness of all environmental aspects associated with or located in his/her respective areas.
- The employee shall have a working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and databases.
