Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Inventory Clerk. The hourly rate for this position is $21.63 per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. HOURS: 7AM - 3:30PM

What you’ll do:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for inventory process control and resolution as needed to accomplish Eaton’s overall objectives of providing on-time delivery of quality products. Support and initiate actions with management to ensure that personnel comply to the company’s policies and performance/productivity levels.
- Be responsible for systematic inventory process control
- Ability to find lost inventory items; research lost material transactional history and resolve by correcting bin allocation.
- Ability to understand inputs and outputs of inventory systems
- Ability to operate forklift and electrical pallet jack as needed.
- Cycle count materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
- Report discrepancies between physical counts and Made 2 Manage system records.
- Maintain and update records in MRP and/or Excel.
- Work with accounts payable and receiving team to resolve aging past due invoices.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of two years' experience in inventory control
- Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Richmond, VA will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

- Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others
- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills
