- 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience; management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Comfortable use of technology (POS systems, inventory tools, MS Office).
- Ability to stand/walk for 8–10 hours and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.

- Pay: $47,000–$60,000 / year bonus eligibility
- Schedule: Flexible scheduling with one weekend off per month
