What You'll Be Doing
The Admissions Knowledge Management Specialist serves as the primary owner and administrator of the Admissions Department knowledge base and related training resources. This role is responsible for creating, organizing, governing, and maintaining accurate, accessible, and up-to-date knowledge content that supports Admissions operations, onboarding, and ongoing education.
This position exercises independent judgment to evaluate the effectiveness of training and knowledge initiatives by using data to identify gaps or inconsistencies and implement improvements aligned with current-state practices. This position partners closely with Admissions leaders and subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy, usability, and continuous improvement of the onboarding and learning experience.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
This position is posted as remote; however, per company policy, candidates residing within a 35‑mile radius of ZIP code 80230 will be required to follow a hybrid schedule, even if they applied to the remote posting.
Colorado pay range
$55,000 - $80,000 USD

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Owns and administers the Admissions knowledge base, including content structure, organization, version control, access standards, and governance processes to ensure accuracy, usability, and consistency.
- Develops, maintains, and enforces content management, filing, and content control standards to support efficiency, accuracy, and ease of navigation across knowledge and training materials.
- Establishes and maintains updated schedules and governance processes for the knowledge base, incorporating user feedback and ensuring alignment with current-state Admissions practices.
- Creates, updates, and maintains onboarding and training materials for virtual and in-person delivery, ensuring consistency with Admissions workflows, tools, and operational expectations.
- Delivers onboarding and training sessions for new hires and existing teammates as requested by Admissions leadership.
- Collaborates with Admissions leaders and subject matter experts to resolve conflicting, outdated, or incomplete information, exercising professional judgment to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Develops, implements, and maintains reporting methods to evaluate training participation, engagement, knowledge retention, and effectiveness.
- Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities within training and knowledge resources, and implements solutions aligned with operational needs.
- Independently prioritizes and manages multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, accountability, and timeliness.
- Bachelors Degree
- 3 years of experience actively working with preadmission processes
- Good data collection and analysis skills
- Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong professional communication skills and ability to work effectively with others to achieve shared goals
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience with curriculum development and/or resource management and development
