How youll serve our patients
As a Milieu Coordinator Manager at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to hire, onboard, train, inspire and supervise Milieu Coordinators. Milieu Coordinators are an integral part of the treatment and care of our patients. Managers and oversees these teammates and work to ensure the quality of care patients receive.
You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
- Provides leadership for group therapy services, provide feedback regarding the curriculum, supervise and manage program therapists, track and monitor service implementation to ensure high-quality, relevant, patient-centered service delivery aligned with mission and goals
- Recruits, trains and assists teammates in setting individual goals and objectives. Promotes a positive and supportive work environment and provides continuing support in helping teammates to accomplish their goals, as well as in work methods, processes, policies and procedures. Conducts performance appraisals and counsels teammates on performance issues
- Provides leadership of program therapists to maximize coordination and collaboration among teammates, troubleshoot challenges and identify and implement new service strategies
- Monitors and establishes systems that support efficient and effective delivery of services
- Develops and implements onboarding and training protocols
Must haves

Master's degree in mental health or related field of study required

2 years of experience in behavioral health or related field

Experience working with patients in a residential/inpatient setting
Bonus Qualities
- Active independent clinical license in relevant state
- 2 years of independent licensure
- Supervisory experience

Compensation starting range for the Milieu Coordinator Manager role is $83,000to $98,000 annually. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
