Eat'n Park is seeking a talented Team Member to join our staff. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests in an assigned section, following company policies and procedures.
- Develop a complete understanding of the menu to ensure excellent guest service and make recommendations as needed.
- Enter guest orders into the computer system, including all special instructions.
- Monitor guests needs, such as refilling drinks, pre-bussing tables, and attending to accidents or complaints.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
