We’re not looking for someone to just manage—we want a doer. Someone who can strategize in the morning, design killer creatives by noon, launch a HubSpot campaign in the afternoon, and tweak ad performance before clocking out. ESO is a tech-enabled real estate marketplace active in 40 states, connecting agents and investors with instant cash offers and exclusive off-market opportunities. We’re transforming how residential real estate deals get done—empowering agents, unlocking value for investors, and removing friction for sellers. As we scale rapidly, we need a marketing leader who’s ready to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across all channels.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Entire Marketing Function — From strategy to execution across digital, social, email, and content.
 - HubSpot Mastery — Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows, email campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, and reporting dashboards.
 - Graphic Design & Content Creation — Design engaging graphics, ads, social posts, landing pages, and sales collateral using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
 - Digital Advertising — Launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Monitor performance and optimize for ROI.
 - Social Media Management — Develop and execute a content calendar to grow ESO’s presence and engagement across key platforms.
 - Collaborate Across Teams — Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
 - Data-Driven Decisions — Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and continuously refine strategies based on insights.
 - Startup Mentality — Roll up your sleeves daily. No task is too big or too small—from high-level strategy to hands-on execution.

What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
 - Expert in HubSpot — automation, CRM, workflows, reporting.
 - Graphic design skills — Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
 - Strong experience in digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
 - Proven ability to manage social media channels and content calendars.
 - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
 - A hands-on, proactive attitude — you're energized by execution, not just delegation.
 - Real estate industry experience is a strong plus.
 - Strong copywriting and communication skills.
 - Comfortable in a startup culture — adaptable, resourceful, and self-motivated.
