Role Description This is a full-time, in an identified region for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with carriers, integrators, utilities, municipalities, and other strategic partners, as well as identifying new markets and use cases for EasyStreet’s tower solutions. The Director will collaborate closely with executive leadership, product, and operations to align customer feedback with product roadmap, refine go-to-market strategies, and support key customer presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Operations skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, contract negotiation, and sales process optimization.
- Proven Business Development experience identifying, prioritizing, and closing new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Customer Service mindset with a track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering responsive, solutions-focused support.
- Experience selling technical or infrastructure solutions (telecom, 5G, IoT, utilities, or related fields) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with comfort engaging senior decision-makers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in senior sales leadership roles.
