About the role: The VP of Sales will be part of the executive leadership team and will report to the CEO. This individual will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all sales initiatives and will ensure short and long-term revenue expansion, including setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals, while identifying and pursuing new revenue streams. What you will do: o Hire, onboard, retain, and develop a world-class decentralized sales team. o Develop a clear multichannel go-to-market strategy that shows how she/he will be able to effectively scale revenue growth by accelerating their high-velocity GTM model while strategically closing enterprise accounts. and to increase ACVs. o Assess and improve upon current sales processes, methodologies, infrastructure and metrics to optimize performance of the sales organization. o Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs that measure, optimize, and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of sales programs, tactics, and strategy. o Lead, inspire, and motivate the 30   sales organization to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets by establishing sales quotas and holding the team accountable to efficiently hitting and exceeding targets. o Maintain expert-level knowledge in key product functionality.
