EasyHealth is growing our Nurse Practitioner network in Portland, Oregon in surrounding areas. We're looking for experienced, compassionate NPs who want to make healthcare more accessible; one home at a time.
What You'll Do
You'll meet members where they are, literally. During scheduled in-home visits, you'll conduct comprehensive preventive health assessments that help identify care needs, close important gaps, and connect members to appropriate ongoing care. This is not a traditional primary care practice or packed clinic schedule. You'll have the opportunity to focus on the member in front of you and deliver a thoughtful, high-quality assessment.

We're Looking for NPs Who
- Hold an active Oregon and/or Washington Nurse Practitioner license
- Are nationally board certified
- Have Family Medicine, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Urgent Care, Geriatrics, or similar clinical experience preferred
- Are comfortable conducting comprehensive health assessments, identifying care gaps, and working with adult and older-adult populations
- Have strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Are comfortable traveling locally for scheduled in-home visits
- Enjoy working independently while being part of a supportive clinical organization
- Bring warmth, professionalism, and excellent communication skills into every member's home
