🎯 Responsibilities

• Development and continuous improvement of AI agents using Cursor AI and leveraging generative AI and LLMs. This role will pioneer the creation of intelligent, scalable solutions tailored to various SMB needs, ensuring that EasyBee's technology remains at the cutting edge.
• Development of EasyBee's AI agents, which is the essence of our product. This involves building conversational AI applications, automating workflows, and leveraging artificial intelligence for various tasks.
• Note: Self-starters and the ability to self learn will be important. Having a software background, e.g., Python, Java, et al is important, including familiarity with API's, Cursor AI, etc, will be beneficial
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other team members to develop, test, and deploy new features and enhancements for our platform.

📋 Experiential Qualities

• Startup Experience.  Ideally, experience working in startups, especially being able to independently work on a problem without outside guidance, to benefit the entire team. This could mean setting up Google Workspace or Slack (including tags, folders, and ongoing usage instructions) or licensing a low-code tool and setting it up (including assigning licenses to the team and usage instructions)
• Technical Proficiency & Innovation: Engagement with code, Python, and API scripting, complemented by active participation in conversational AI development communities and platforms like GitHub.
• Ecosystem Engagement: Demonstrated ability to navigate and contribute to digital collaboration ecosystems, using platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and others for effective team coordination. An open approach to learning from and contributing to external message boards and communities focused on conversational AI and related technologies.

💡 Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Generative AI, i.e., Cursor AI, ChatGPT, AWS, especially more advanced prompt engineering and building Custom GPTs
• Familiarity with HubSpot, Slack, and Notion
• Previous experience working in a startup environment.
