About the Role
As our Assistant General Manager, you’ll help bring our “Asian Bowls Reimagined” vision to life. You’ll support daily operations, lead the team on the line, train new hires, and help build the systems and culture that will guide future locations.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who loves hospitality and thrives in a growing brand.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support daily restaurant operations
- Run shifts independently when the GM is off
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Maintain speed, quality, and guest experience standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
- Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance
- Execute opening and closing procedures
- Support labor and food cost control efforts
- Help build and improve systems and processes for future locations
Hours & Availability
This is a full-time leadership role.
40–50 hours per week
Additional hours may be required during opening and training phases
Must have flexible availability, including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
We’re a fast-casual concept — energy and presence on the floor are everything.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of restaurant leadership experience
- 2 years as a Shift Lead or Assistant Manager in fast casual/QSR
- Experience running high-volume service
- Strong training and coaching skills
- Ability to lead a team with positivity and urgency
- Excellent guest service mindset
- Food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Organized and proactive
Bonus Points
- Experience opening a new restaurant
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience with digital ordering and delivery platforms
- Experience developing shift leaders or supervisors
