Easy Wireless Enrollment Specialist

Our outside sales associates are vital to Easy Wireless's mission to provide wireless consumers with affordable, quality lifeline and prepaid services. As an employee of Easy Wireless, you will utilize your skills to drive wireless, prepaid sales and provide excellent customer service in our territories throughout Missouri. Essential Functions

• Wireless retail and sales, directly responsible for assisting new and existing customers.
• Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
• Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Produce sufficient sales to meet and exceed company and location production standards
• Watch for and recognize security risks and thefts, and know how to prevent or handle these situations.
• Arrange and display merchandise to promote sales.
• Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns.
• Participate in community outreach through outdoor events.

Requirements

• Must be age 18 and obtained high school diploma or GED required - 2 year Associate degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1 year of customer —facing experience
• 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• Basic PC skills including computer navigation, email and internet
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary
