As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll serve as the face of Easy Wireless—connecting people with essential mobile and internet services while enjoying paid training, advancement opportunities, and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Act as a brand ambassador for Easy Wireless in-store and at community outreach
events.
Enroll qualified customers in government-subsidized wireless programs (Lifeline).
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
Engage with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support for devices.
Operate mobile tents and booths—set up, tear down, and manage inventory.
Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience (preferred)
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation, data entry)
Comfortable working outdoors, lifting up to 40 lbs, and standing for extended periods
Bilingual skills are a plus!
