The Role:
We’re looking for a Baker / Pastry Cook to produce breads, pastries, and other baked goods to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure smooth production, train other bakers, and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient kitchen. This position will work out of either our South Lamar or Linc location. 

What You’ll Do:

• Bake breads, pastries, and other items on schedule




• Produce toppings and pastry components as assigned




• Train and mentor other bakers on proper standards




• Collaborate with baking, packing, and delivery teams




• Maintain clean, safe workstations and equipment




• Follow all FDA, State, and City health standards

Qualifications:

• Active Food Handler’s Certification required




• Experience in baking, pastry, or hospitality preferred




• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions




• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs




• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
