We’re Hiring: Product Manager UX Lead

Remote | Contract to Full-Time Opportunity

Easy Street Offers is growing, and we’re looking for a high-level Product Manager with a real estate background who can also help lead the front-end user experience of our platform.

We already have a strong backend development team. What we need now is someone who can become obsessed with the product, own the user journey, and help turn a powerful platform into an elite customer experience.

✅ Product roadmap and feature prioritization

✅ Writing specs / user stories for developers

✅ Improving onboarding and conversion flows

✅ Buyer agent dashboard experience

✅ Front-end UX/UI direction

✅ Working directly with engineers to ship fast

✅ Helping shape the future of a national proptech platform

You must understand one or more of the following:

• Residential brokerage workflows

• Real estate investing / rentals / fix & flip

• Cash offers / iBuyer models

• MLS / listings / property data

• Mortgage / lending workflows

• CRM / lead conversion systems for agents

You may have worked at:

• PropTech startup

• Brokerage tech company

• Real estate SaaS platform

• Investor marketplace

• Product role inside real estate operations

⭐ Front-end dev knowledge

⭐ Marketplace experience

⭐ AI product experience

⭐ Conversion optimization mindset
