Objectif

Faire en sorte que le chantier dispose des installations et du matériel en état, dans le respect de la sécurité, de qualité et de délai

Autorité

Sous l’autorité directe du chef d’équipe mécaniqueArrêter un matériel ou une opération s’il le juge nécessaire, pour la sécurité du personnel ou pour la sauvegarde du matériel

Missions

• Installer et maintenir le bon fonctionnement des équipements mécaniques du chantier
• Apporter son expérience et les bonnes pratiques liés à l’exécution des travaux mécaniques
• Exécuter les travaux mécaniques conformément aux notices constructeurs et aux documents méthodes qui lui ont été remis (procédures)
• Veiller à la mise en œuvre des équipements mécaniques conformément aux plans, documents constructeurs et dans le respect des normes envigueurs
• Veiller à la mise en sécurité des équipements sur le chantier lors de leur fonctionnement et pendant les opérations de maintenance(consignation)
• Informer son responsable direct de tout événement, passé, présent ou à venir, de nature à modifier cette exécution.
• Informer sa hiérarchie des difficultés rencontrées, des dysfonctionnements constatés, des améliorations possibles et de l’adaptation souhaitabledes moyens
• Informer sa hiérarchie de toutes erreurs ou modifications de plans pour garder un suivi et une mise à jour constante
• Informer sa hiérarchie de ses consommations et besoins en matériel
• Veiller au maintien en bon état des installations et à la propreté du chantier
• Prendre les dispositions nécessaires pour mettre et/ou maintenir le matériel en bon état lors de l’approvisionnement, du montage, de l’utilisationet du démontage
• Vérifier les consignes d’utilisation des matériels et les faire respecter
• Veiller au respect de l’environnement
• Gérer la disponibilité du matériel nécessaire à la bonne exécution de ces interventions en partenariat avec le service logistique/magasin.

• Application des instructions contenues dans le Plan de Respect de l’Environnement
• S’assurer de la bonne utilisation et du bon entretien du matériel et de l’outillage mis à sa disposition et à la disposition de son équipe
• Répertorier, suivre et effectuer les consignes d’entretien des matériels
• Porter les équipements de protection individuelle adaptés à chacune des tâches réalisées-Veillez au respect du port des EPI de ses collaborateurs
• S’assurer et reporter tout disfonctionnement ou non-respect des règles de sécurité

Expérience & Formation

• Habilitation: STT, Chef de manœuvre, travail en hauteur
• CACES: R482 Cat F et G, R486A Cat. A et B
• Qualification: ETAM Qualifié (C-D-E) ou ETAM Expérimenté (G-H)

Objective

Ensure that the site has the facilities and equipment in good condition, in compliance with safety, quality and deadlines


Authority

Under the direct authority of the mechanical team leaderStop equipment or an operation if he deems it necessary, for the safety of personnel or to safeguard the equipment


Missions

• Install and maintain the proper functioning of the mechanical equipment on the site
• Bring his experience and good practices related to the execution of mechanical work
• Carry out mechanical work in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and the method documents provided to him (procedures)
• Ensure the implementation of mechanical equipment in accordance with the plans, construction documents and in compliance with the standards in force
• Ensure the safety of equipment on the site during operation and during maintenance operations (lockout)
• Inform your direct manager of any event, past, present or future, likely to modify this execution.
• Inform your hierarchy of the difficulties encountered, the malfunctions noted, the possible improvements and the desirable adaptation of the resources
• Inform your hierarchy of any errors or modifications to plans to maintain constant monitoring and updating
• Inform your hierarchy of your consumption and equipment needs
• Ensure that the facilities are kept in good condition and the site is clean
• Take the necessary steps to put and/or maintain the equipment in good condition during supply, assembly, use and disassembly
• Check the instructions for using the equipment and ensure they are respected
• Ensure respect for the environment
• Manage the availability of the equipment necessary for the proper execution of these interventions in partnership with the logistics/warehouse department.

Instruction

• Application of the instructions contained in the PPSPS
• Application of the instructions contained in the PAQ
• Application of the instructions contained in the Environmental Compliance Plan
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of the equipment and tools made available to you and your team
• List, follow and carry out equipment maintenance instructions
• Wear the personal protective equipment appropriate to each task performed-Ensure that your employees wear PPE
• Ensure and report any malfunction or non-compliance with safety rules

Experience & Training

• Accreditation: STT, Chief of maneuver, working at height
• CACES: R482 Cat F and G, R486A Cat. A and B
• Qualification: Qualified ETAM (C-D-E) or Experienced ETAM (G-H)
