Role Overview

As an AI Implementation Engineer, you will own the development, deployment, and refinement of AI systems that touch every part of the organization. Your focus will be on testing, building, and scaling agentic automations, designing custom tools, and integrating AI into existing workflows to unlock efficiency and growth. This role requires both technical depth and the ability to translate business challenges into effective AI-driven solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Research, test, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency across the entire company, not just individual departments.

• Build and refine agentic automation frameworks that can learn, adapt, and scale with business needs.

• Prototype AI-powered applications (with tools like Replit, Lovable, or custom code) were useful to solve high-value problems.

• Integrate AI into critical business processes — from operations to finance to customer success.

• Continuously monitor and improve automations to ensure reliability, scalability, and measurable impact.

• Document systems and create best-practice guides to make AI adoption easier for non-technical users.

• Collaborate directly with leadership to identify new opportunities for AI to enhance decision-making and streamline operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

• 2-3 years of professional experience working in software development, data science, or a related technology role.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or another scripting language, with a strong portfolio of projects or professional work.

• Demonstrated experience in AI/ML, automation, or SaaS development through past projects or job responsibilities.

• Proven ability to build and deploy solutions using no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).

• Practical experience in driving business efficiency through the strategic implementation of AI and automation.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering effective solutions.

• A proactive, self-motivated approach to taking ownership of projects from conception to completion.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience using AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).

• Knowledge of webhooks, APIs, or workflow automation.

• Experience with cloud platforms or GitHub.

• Experience in Payments, Merchant Services, Banking, or Financial Services.
