As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Senior Lease Administrator to support our growing real estate portfolio.
Qualifications:General Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for managing lease administration across the portfolio and will work closely with the Director of Real Estate Development and cross-functional partners including Construction, Operations, and Finance.
The ideal candidate brings 4 years of lease administration experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lease Administration & Portfolio Management

Maintain lease management system (Leasecake), ensuring accuracy of all lease terms, critical dates, and financial obligations

Manage lease lifecycle events including renewals, options, amendments, estoppels, and rent/CAM changes
-
Lead lease abstraction and data integrity, ensuring all leases and amendments are accurately captured and consistently updated

Coordinate lease documentation and execution with internal stakeholders and outside counsel
Landlord Relations & Cross-Functional Coordination

Serve as primary point of contact for landlords across renewals, projects, and ongoing property matters

Partner with Construction, Operations, and Finance to support new clubs, remodels, and relocations

Coordinate tenant improvement allowances and key site requirements with landlords
Lease Compliance, Financial Coordination & Reporting

Ensure compliance with lease obligations including COIs, landlord reporting, and key notice requirements

Partner with Finance on rent payments, CAM reconciliations, and audit support

Track and report on key lease events (expirations, renewals, rent changes) to support internal planning
Qualifications:

4 years of experience in commercial lease administration (6 years without a bachelor’s degree), including leases and LOIs

Experience with lease management systems (e.g., Leasecake) and lease abstraction

Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage landlords, property managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Demonstrated ownership and problem-solving ability, with a proactive, self-starter mindset

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across a cross-functional team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, SharePoint, Asana, or Bill.com

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
