Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and motivated Dispatchers to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our technicians and managers, providing outstanding support via phone and digital channels. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and technical proficiency will help ensure efficient field operations and foster long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Assist techs/customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product or service information promptly
- Maintain accurate data entry and client records using Microsoft Office tools and customer management systems
- Support client services through effective problem-solving and personalized assistance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and efficient call center operations
- Follow organizational procedures to document interactions, escalate complex issues, and maintain high-quality service standards
Requirements
- Strong phone communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Excellent written communication skills for clear documentation and email correspondence
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping
- Demonstrated ability to solve customer problems quickly and efficiently
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus but not required
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when needed
- Outbound calling experience is beneficial for proactive client engagement
