Easy Honda is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Afternoon Receptionist to join our team. This position works Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers as they arrive at the dealership.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Manage customer traffic and ensure guests receive prompt assistance.
- Coordinate with dealership departments to support a seamless customer experience.
- Track and maintain accurate records of vehicle plates and customer vehicle pickups.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (automotive experience preferred but not required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using office software and phone systems.
