What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Crew Member position at Easy Green Lawn Care?
Easy Green Lawn Care and Landscaping is currently hiring full-time Residential/Commercial /Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to work in our Gastonia NC location. Must-have capabilities of working with the team to complete the assigned tasks in a safe professional manner.
Primary Functions:
-Weed Eat, Edging of curbs, trim, and water lawns, and flower beds
-Weed, plant and spread mulch
-Blowing of leaves and brush
-Pruning of trees and shrubs
-Clean up
Knowledge and requirements:
-Must possess knowledge of tools and equipment
-Must be able to follow directions
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be able to work outdoors
-Must be able to work Normal workdays including Saturday
M-F, shift varies 7:30 am - 5:30 pm (with required overtime during growing season)
-Preferably bilingual (English/Spanish)
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time

Experience:
- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
