THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a Bilingual Marketing Specialist who thrives in both digital and real-world environments — someone who can seamlessly blend online engagement with offline community activation.
The ideal candidate is culturally aware, entrepreneurial, and equally comfortable managing paid social campaigns as organizing community pop-up events.
This role focuses on expanding Tours4Fun’s reach across U.S. domestic and multicultural markets, particularly within Indian, Filipino, and Hispanic communities. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we connect with travelers through digital platforms and community partnerships — driving brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and email to reach multicultural traveler segments.
- Develop creative content and social media strategies that reflect Tours4Fun’s brand voice and audience interests.
- Manage email marketing workflows — including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and optimize performance based on key metrics (CTR, engagement, ROI).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive digital storytelling.
Community & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute grassroots and community-based marketing initiatives such as events, festivals, and partnerships with cultural organizations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local associations, temples, schools, and ethnic businesses to strengthen Tours4Fun’s local brand presence.
- Oversee logistics for community events — from setup and booth management to on-site brand representation.
- Distribute marketing materials and represent Tours4Fun at community gatherings, fairs, and travel expos.
Cross-Channel Integration
- Bridge online and offline efforts by turning in-person events into digital content and transforming online audiences into real-world advocates.
- Identify opportunities to merge social media engagement with live events (e.g., livestreams, QR promotions, influencer collaborations).
- Work cross-functionally to maintain a consistent brand narrative across all touchpoints.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Strong cultural heritage background in Indian, Filipino, or Hispanic communities.
- Lived in the United States for at least 5 years and fluent in English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing; OTA or travel industry experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in both digital (social media, paid ads, email) and offline/community marketing.
- Strong understanding of U.S. multicultural audiences and domestic travel behavior.
- Data-driven mindset with strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outreach.
- Ability to travel locally and occasionally on weekends (up to once per month).
- Ability to fly occasionally for business trips.
- Physically able to lift and move marketing materials (up to 40 lbs).
