WE’RE HIRING! OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES- TORTILLA MANUFACTURER- MINNESOTA (Nebraska, Iowa, Wisconsin Territories)

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for high-impact Manufacturer Sales Representatives to represent our brand and drive growth within the food service. This is more than a sales position. You will be a strategic partner to foodservice distributors and their sales teams, building relationships, developing new business, leading product training, and expanding market share

Job type: Full time

• Commission-Eligible from day one

Minnesota Area

Total potential Compensation $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with an established book of existing customers
• Identify, prospect, and close new accounts within your territory
• Conduct in-person visits
• Present product lines, pricing, and promotions to prospective and current customers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in food, beverage, or CPG distribution
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own territory and schedule
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Available to travel
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
