Responsibilities
- Safely operate a variety of delivery vehicles
- Safely load, unload, and secure cargo using manual handling techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages courteously, answering questions, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and digital records throughout each shift
- Follow operational protocols when loading or unloading shipments at various facilities
Requirements
- (Preferred) Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, with knowledge of route driving and delivery driving best practices
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
- Excellent manual handling skills combined with physical stamina for moving packages regularly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety standards and traffic laws
- Comfortable using mobile devices for route navigation, communication, and documentation
