- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Process payments and handle basic accounting tasks.
- Manage office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
