Job Summary
Easy Car is a fast-growing dealership looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the dealership's financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes using various financial software.
- Conduct detailed account analysis and perform month-end closing procedures efficiently.
- Maintain meticulous records of all financial transactions and perform account reconciliation to ensure consistency across all ledgers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2 years of accounting experience (dealership accounting preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft office.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and confidentiality with financial information.
