How You'll Make An Impact
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person as needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with UAV products and systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve customer issues and implement solutions.
- Document support cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Conduct training sessions for customers on product usage and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Strong understanding of UAV technology and operational procedures.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
