What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Supervisor Evenings position at Eastwood Nursing Center?
Eastwood Nursing Center is looking for a Caring, Compassionate, and Committed RN to join our team as an RN Supervisor. This is an evening shift, full-time or part-time opportunity with some weekend shifts included.
We are looking for a strong individual with some management experience and preferred experience in long term care with a strong clinical background. Applicants need to be able to function autonomously with little to no supervision. Need to be able to correct the actions of staff that you are supervising and educate them on proper job performance per policy and procedures and current work standards. Currently offering a $2/hr weekend shift differential.
