Eastwood Management is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our residential property management team in Rochester, NY.

What You'll Do
- Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase our apartment and townhouse communities.
- Build relationships with prospective and current residents while providing outstanding customer service.
- Follow up with leasing inquiries and assist applicants throughout the rental process.
- Process rental applications, prepare leasing documentation, and maintain accurate resident records.
- Assist residents with questions, service requests, and other day-to-day needs.
- Work collaboratively with our property management and maintenance teams to support successful community operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in apartment leasing, property management, sales, or customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.
