Basic Function
The position is responsible for update and maintain website. This position will report to Vice President of Corporate Marketing. This position will be working with projects that directly impact company sales and profitability.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of personal computer skills having knowledge of office software programs (preferable MS Office Suites) and the Internet.
- Be capable of managing tight deadlines.
- Update and maintain the company website including pricing, inventory, community descriptions and details and provide feedback to management concerning possible website improvements and areas of growth potential.
- Monthly website audits per Division.
- Add new communities’ information: VIP lists, product, pricing, locations.
- Understand Eastwood Homes systems and uploads such as: Sales Force, Chatmeter, Powerbi, Partner websites and eastwoodhomes.com.
- Update Powerbi reports on a monthly basis such as: GeoFencing and Eblast.
- Make suggestions to management on methods to increase traffic to eastwoodhomes.com.
Qualifications
- 1 year experience in marketing
- Experience working in content management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and google workspace
- Attention to Detail and time management
Working Conditions
- Work Week: 40 hours per week Monday through Friday (weekends if work
requires it).
Working hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm and as needed by the Marketing Department
- Lifting: Lifting may be required on a daily basis (weights may reach 20 pounds).
- Dress: Proper business attire (as defined by employee handbook) and personal hygiene required representing company in a professional manner.
- Transportation: Dependable transportation required to and from workplace and for traveling to Company Divisions.
