Eastwick College Nutley is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON). The position is full time; day, evening and weekend availability is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
· Collaborates and coordinates with the Corporate Director of Nursing in managing the Nursing Programs in Nutley campus.
· Works with the corporate director of nursing and faculty to design, develop and implement the Nursing Program courses.
· Evaluates student learning outcomes and documents learning process.
· Provides leadership and support to coordinate the delivery of clinical education. Mentors new faculty, evaluates new faculty and existing faculty.
· Work schedule may include teaching as well as administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse License
· 4 years of practice in Nursing
· 2 years of instructional experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Minimum a Master’s degree in Nursing
Job Type: Full-time
Starting at $60.00 p/h - negotiable
Expected hours: 40 per week
