Eastway Behavioral Healthcare is looking for an IT and CareLogic Support Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring all employees in Columbus and Washington Court House have computer access, computer needs are addressed, phone and camera systems work and all CareLogic (our electronic medical records system) support tickets are resolved on a timely basis.
This includes handling remote and on-site troubleshooting, responding to incoming phone calls, tickets, and e-mail requests for support of hardware and software issues and setting up hardware / software for new employees. This position will also become the main support to the other employees on CareLogic which includes correcting note and billing errors, access issues, and any other troubleshooting pertaining to the EMR.
The IT and CareLogic Support Specialist will troubleshoot desktop systems and workstations with limited supervision and will have the ability to escalate issues to the Network Administrator if unable to resolve. The specialist will work together with the Network Administrator on various projects throughout the agency.
The specialist should possess the ability to be a self-learner, be resourceful, and have a strong desire to begin their career in Information Technology. This position should be a motivated individual with a strong desire to learn as well as being able to work in a small team environment and be able to communicate well with team members.
Qualifications :
- Associates Degree or higher in Information Systems
- 2 years or more related experience
- Prior experience with WAN / LAN support
- Knowledge of Mobile devices (Android and Apple)
- Knowledge of Printers and multifunctional Devices
- Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of Basic Office 365 / Outlook support
- Knowledge of basic Wireless and Networking
- Prior experience working with CareLogic is preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Strong Customer Service attitude via Phone, remote support and direct face to face interaction
- Some travel required between work sites.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, but not limited to frequent computer use, standing, bending, crouching and lifting up to 50lbs
