What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and plate menu items to EastView’s quality standards.
- Follow recipes and prep lists to ensure consistency.
- Operate industrial kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety practices.
- Assist with inventory and receiving orders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or similar setting.
- Culinary degree preferred but not necessary.
- Strong knife skills and ability to read/scale recipes.
- ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Team player with flexibility for rotating shifts.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
