Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Detailer to join our Operations Team. The Detailer plays a critical behind-the-scenes role by ensuring our vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and customer-ready prior to dispatch. This position supports both our drivers and the broader operations team in delivering a polished client experience every time a vehicle leaves our lot.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily dispatch schedules within Limo Anywhere to identify vehicle assignments
• Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors according to company standards, ensuring readiness for upcoming trips
• Maintain cleanliness of all high-traffic touchpoints (e.g., seats, handles, floors, dashboard)
• Check and top off essential vehicle fluids (oil, windshield washer, coolant, etc.)
• Notify operations of any observed maintenance concerns or vehicle damage
• Organize and store detailing tools, chemicals, and supplies appropriately
• Uphold company safety and cleanliness procedures at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations leadership regarding vehicle status and availability

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of car cleaning procedures (interior/exterior)
• Ability to check basic fluid levels in a vehicle
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently and following direction from operations leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with automotive detailing or use of detailing chemicals
• Familiarity with best practices for vehicle sanitation, polishing, and upkeep
• Willingness to learn and grow within the transportation and detailing field
