Marketing Manager (Restaurant / Hospitality)
Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of our restaurant’s marketing efforts, with a primary focus on digital marketing and in-house promotional content. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day marketing execution, ensuring consistent brand presence across social media, email marketing, and our website/app, with some on-site involvement for content and promotions as needed.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute all digital marketing efforts for the restaurant
- Create and manage ongoing promotional content and campaigns
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication
- Maintain and update website and app content
- Plan and publish social media content that highlights promotions, features, and brand voice
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust marketing efforts accordingly
- Ensure marketing aligns with in-house promotions and seasonal initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience managing marketing for a restaurant, hospitality, or customer-facing brand
- Strong digital marketing execution skills (email, social, website)
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house environment
- Organized, proactive, and hands-on
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 20.0 per week
