Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office management.

This position is part-time evening, and weekend position

Duties

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Manage incoming phone calls using office phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.

• Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.

• Assist with general office management tasks to support daily operations.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication within the office.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, but not necessary.

• Excellent telephone etiquette.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
