Licensed Massage Therapist (Part-Time)
Upper East Side, Manhattan, NYC
Join one of NYC's most established therapeutic massage centers- serving clients since 1983. We're a busy, well-respected clinical wellness practice seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality massage treatments (30,60,90 min sessions)
- Customize treatments based on client needs (therapeutic/swedish focus)
- Take SOAP notes in compliance with NY State requirements for each client
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional treatment room
Required Qualications
- Active New York State Massage Therapy License (or permit available for graduates)
- Proficiency in: Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and helpful client care skills
- Active liability insurance (AMTA, ABMP or other)
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Myofasical Therapy, Sports Massage, Prenatal/Postnatal Massage, Lympatic Drainage
- Medical Massage Experience, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Cupping,Shiatsu, Gua Sha
Work Environment
- Located on the Upper East Side in a safe, residential area
- By -appointment-only schedule (no walk-ins)
- Private, roomy treatment rooms with sinks
- Scrub tops are required (clinical setting)
- Sanitized treatment rooms with optional heated tables and hot towel cabinet
- Adustable lightening, air conditioning and musical variety available on Alexa
- Tip Boxes in each treatment room
- Masking available based on therapist/client preference
Schedule
- Part-Time shifts,flexible
